- 11.Preheat oven to 300 °f.
- 22.Wash kale thoroughly and dry completely. A salad spinner or clean, dry kitchen towel works best.
- 33.Pick a flavor and massage it into the kale/greens.
- 44.Lay flat on a baking sheet and make sure not to overlap. Usually needs 2 trays as they shrink significantly.
- 55.Bake at 300 °f for 30-40 minutes until very slightly brown. If your oven runs hot, start at a lower temp.
- 66.Add more seasoning if desired and enjoy!
